Make Your Own Currency Project

Design a currency for a trade group. The students create their own currency. Each group must choose a trade group (NAFTA, ASEAN, WTO, etc.) except the EU for which to design a common currency, such as the Euro.

Fair The design of the currency is not neat OR has only one side. There is one symbol on the currency, it is very simple and/or without detail.	Poor The design of the currency is not neat AND has only one side. There are no symbols present on the currency.
Recognizable 5 pts Can I tell how much it is worth?	Excellent The currency indicates how much it is worth (examples are given of what can be bought with it).
