Element Name/Nickname	Poor A element is chosen from the periodic table and there is the nickname (a.k.a.) is an element symbol.	Fair A element is chosen from the periodic table and given a nickname (a.k.a.) related to the element.	Good A element is name is CREATED and a nickname (a.k.a.) is made up that relates to the chemical symbol.
Wanted for.../Reward	Poor Describes either one physical OR chemical property it's wanted for and why. A monetary ($) reward is included.	Fair Describes either 1 physical and 1chemical property it's wanted for and why. A monetary ($) reward is included.	Good Describes 2 physical and 2 chemical properties it's wanted for that relates to the element. A monetary ($) reward is included.
Group/Period	Poor The element poster states which family (gang) the element belongs to OR the period it hypothetically belongs in.	Fair The element poster states which family (gang) the element belongs to AND a hypothetical period it belongs in.	Good The element poster states which family (gang) the element belongs to including one element name of the same family. Family member MUST have creative nickname.
Last Seen	Poor List the elements in the same family it was last seen with.	Fair List the elements by creating nicknames for elements found in the same family it was last seen with.	Good List the elements by creating nicknames for elements in the same family last seen with. MUST include the elements and their nicknames it bonds well with. (If it doesn't bond well with others, must creatively state why.)
Visuals	Poor	Fair A drawing of the element is drawn out.	Good A creative drawing of the element is drawn out neatly.
Creativity/Neatness	Poor Poster has minimal organization, neatness, color.	Fair Poster is somewhat organized, neat, colorful, and resembles a wanted poster.	Good Poster is organized, neat, colorful, and is a true representation of a wanted poster.
