Rubric to grade the quality of a Soundtrap creation. Students are to use the musical creation to recite the rhythm composition completed in class.

Soundtrap Organization Indicates the organization of instrumental loops within the soundtrap digital interface software. i.e. drums, guitars, vocals, synth sounds, sound effects	Excellent Student creates an easy to use session that organizes and arranges instrument tracks and auxiliary tracks.	Good Student demonstrates knowledge of how to build a session for recording in the software and the tracks are mostly organized in a systematic manner. However, some tracks are not clearly organized.	Fair Student demonstrates a fair knowledge of how to build a basic session, but most tracks are not clearly organized.	Needs Improvement Student demonstrates minimal knowledge of how to build a basic session and no tracks are clearly organized. Using Instruments/Loops Indicates effort in researching and using the sound loop catalogue within Soundtrap. Good Student uses 5-7 instruments/voices/loops from varying genres or categories and shows moderate effort in searching through the sound loop catalogue.	Fair Student uses3-4 instruments/loop from varying genres or categories and shows little effort in searching through the sound loop catalogue.	Needs Improvement Student used 1-2 instruments/loops from varying genres or categories and show no effort in searching and selecting sound loops from the sound catalogue.
