Threw something together literally at the last minute. Had a title and author to give us, but not much else.

Forgot to get book okayed ahead of time and gave a boring and/or thrown-together book talk: correct time limit, basic book info, didn't sound very enthusiastic. Not well prepared.

Got book okayed ahead of time and/or gave a presentable book talk: correct time limit, reasonably enthusiastic, and enough of a "hook" so that at least one person wants to read the book. Didn't sound very prepared, but managed to pull it off.
