Progress with Assistance Shows respect to oneself and/or others by following school rules most of the time.	No Progress Does not show respect for oneself and/or others and does not follow school rules.
Does Not Disrupt	Goal met Does not disrupt others during the class period.	Progress with Assistance Interrupts others 1-2 times in a class period. Asking your neighbor for help does not count as a disruption of others.	No Progress Interrupts others 3 or more times in a class period. Disrupts learning environment.
Completes Assigned Work/Tasks	Goal met Remains on task and completes assignments within the period.	Progress with Assistance Attempts to complete assignments to the best of ability.	No Progress Rarely or never completes tasks or projects assigned.
