Homework Rubric Beyond (50)

This rubric may be used for homework assignments. Each answer must be done on work paper first, and placed on a separate sheet of paper. This rubric is intended to assesses all aspects of homework that is handed in. This assess the problems, concepts, labeling, formatting, comprehension, and other important aspects of homework in a weighted system. Not every criterion has the same weight as another criterion.

Work 60 % This section assesses the work shown and the answers themselves.
	Expectations This is where the level of expectations is. This is where all the homework is done exactly as intended to be done. 5 pts	Good/(Late) This homework is done well, but has not achieved a level of excellency. It needs some improvement. 4 pts	Fair/Late This homework is just done. It has not been well thought out and has not achieved any standards. This is ordinary homework. 3 pts	Under Average/Late This is homework that was done sloppily and needs much improvement. It has not been done properly at all and shows a great lack of effort. 2 pts	Poor/Late This homework is done in a fashion that shows that there was a need to turn in something and anything. There is nothing good about this homework. 1 pts	Bad/Not Done This homework is at the same quality of not being done. 0 pts
Problems This section assesses the quality of the physical problems.
Completion This assesses whether or not the problems are completed or not.	Expectations All (100%) of the problems have been completed. (0 missing) AND All the problems are the right problems.	Good/(Late) Most (90%) of the problems have been completed. (1-2 missing) OR Has done the wrong problems, but done all.	Fair/Late Many (80%) of the problems have been completed. (3-4 missing) OR Has done the wrong problems, but done most.	Under Average/Late Some (70%) of the problems have been completed. (5-6 missing) OR Has done the wrong problems, but done many. Mathematical Aspects This assesses if the concepts and aspects in the answers are understood and used correctly.
Comprehension This assesses whether or not the concepts used are understood in the problem by the answer given. Incomplete Effort was somewhat placed into the assignment. This may be rushed or exhibit lack of participation.	Late Effort was placed into the assignment. There is no extra effort, but is done late.
