Sentence/ Structure	Poor Sentences do not make sense. Lack of punctuation throught out letter.	Fair Sentences are evident with minor mistakes. Punctuations is inconsistent.	Good Sentences are clear. Punctuation is evident and correctly used throught out letter.
Five Parts Heading, Greeting, Body, Closing, Signature	Poor Only two parts are present and/or placed in the incorrect position.	Fair Only three or four parts are present and/or placed in the correct position.	Good All parts of a letter are present and placed in the correct position.
