Periodic Table of Elements Project 
Students will research their adopted elements and determine the following: abbreviation, atomic number, atomic mass, periodic table group, state at room temperature, boinging point, melting point, whether it exists naturally or is synthetic, its source, whether it is essential to life, its common (and uncommon) uses, any hazards involved in using it, and its history including when, where, and by whom it was discovered. The project is DUE ON ______________________________.

Project Requirements

The requirements are included in the final project.
The project will be typed on one 8 1/2" x 11" page using Word/Times New Roman font, with 1/2" margins all around. The abbrev., name, and atomic number will be typed at the top in 36 pt. A 2-col. x 2-row table is one line below the name. Using the example, all information is present EXACTLY as shown using 14-18 pt., based on the space needed to fit all information. The table borders are adjusted to fit the page.
