EDU 636 Human Resources and Labor Relations 
The student will develop an interviewing instrument consistent with his or her leadership style and review tapes of teacher interviews or participate in the interview process. The teacher will write a paper on the effectiveness of his or her instrument, who they would hire and the rationale for their choice.
