Attendance	Fails to Meet Expectations Does not meet; student is not logged into Zoom meeting at all.	Needs Improvement Student is logged but does not have camera or microphone functional.	Meets Expectations Student is logged into Zoom Meeting using both camera and microphone.
Punctuality	Fails to Meet Expectations Does not meet; Student joins Zoom Meeting 5 or more minutes late.	Needs Improvement Student logged into Zoom meeting NO more than 5 min late.	Meets Expectations Student is logged into Zoom Meeting on-time and ready to start meeting.
Contribution	Fails to Meet Expectations Does not contribute to the discussion at all.	Needs Improvement Student is logged in but only uses chat tool to communicate and or has to be called upon by faculty to add to the discussion during Zoom Meeting.	Meets Expectations Student actively participates in discussion in the Zoom meeting.
Professionalism	Fails to Meet Expectations Student is participating from a non-professional location, such as reclined in a bed or chair. Student is not dressed appropriately, such as pajamas or very casual street wear.	Needs Improvement Student is participating with a distracting background or a busy location Student is dressed in street wear.	Meets Expectations Student is participating from a nondescript location - a quiet area, low-key background, etc. Student is dressed appropriately, such as business casual OR in the professional dress required for their internship.
Active Listening	Fails to Meet Expectations Student asks a question that has already been asked and answered.	Needs Improvement Student asks a new question, but said question is generic.	Meets Expectations Student asks a question(s) that builds off comments made by interviewer.
