Appearance	Best The brownie is a deep dark brown in color almost appearing to be black and rectangular shape.	Average The brownie is a medium brown. Shaped sort of like a rectangle but kind of rounded, straight edges and rounded corners.	Worst The brownie is a light brown or pitch black. The shape doesn't look like a rectangle, it looks like a lump of coal.
Texture	Best Fresh out of the oven, soft, warm, and moist.	Average A couple hours old, room temperature, soft, and moist.	Worst A couple days old somewhat soft but a little dry.
Flavor/Taste	Best The brownie is rich and full of flavor. Melts in your mouth at the first bite.	Average The brownie has its chocolate flavor, but it is a little bland.	Worst The brownie doesn't have a lot of chocolate flavor, bland, dry, or burnt.
Smell	Best The smell of the brownie is srong and chocolatey. Makes your mouth water and makes you want one the second you smell it.	Average The smell of the brownie is faint and not very strong, it is there then it goes away.	Worst The brownie doesn't have a smell at all or smells burnt.
