ADMINISTRATOR EVALUATION 
The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the effectiveness of the administrators and their respective departments at work place as perceived by their respective supervisor. This effort is meant to serve as a constructive tool of "communication among staff for training and KPI setting" in keeping with the corporate mission.
