SKILLED

Most of the objects are proportionally correct in reference to each other. There is some overlapping with little consideration given to spaces between objects.

Shading and Shape

Include a range of values that describe the three-dimensional forms. The contours of the forms and textures are accurately rendered through use of value, shading techniques and/or contour line.

DEVELOPING

Objects are not shaded and they do not reflect the actual contour of the objects. Evidence of 1-2 values.
SKILLED

Most of the objects are shaded and reflect actual contours. Evidence of 3-4 values.
ACCOMPLISHED

Varied range of values and all of the objects reflect the actual contour (shape). Values are used to create edges and lines versus drawing lines
