Expressive vocabulary The reader feels amazement - the WOW factor	Meets Content shows thought went into each main point There is a flow that makes sense and thoughts are complete Care and effort was made to say something important.	Needs Improvement Thoughts are either incomplete and/or done just to get the assignment done without specific effort to say something important. *There is no flow and items seem jumbled
Structure 10 pts Specific directions were given concerning structure and order of manifesto	Exceeds All sections are complete with additional points above the minimum two.	Meets All sections are present All sections have at least two points	Needs Improvement At least one section is missing and/or is too short
Grammar and Mechanics 10 pts	Exceeds No errors	Meets Three or less errors.	Needs Improvement More than three errors; doesn't appear to be edited or proof-read
Appearance 5 pts How does the Manifesto look?	Exceeds Creative construction of product; clever use of materials; time spent to make the Manifesto look impressive.
