Exceeds Expectation Student completely understands the material/unit and can apply the unit throughout their everyday life.
Writing	Not meeting Expectation Student writing is not clear, concise, and has no correlation to the topic.	Falls short of Expectation Student writing is minimal and not clear or concise.	Meets Expectation Student writing shows knowledge of the unit and topic.	Exceeds Expectation Student writing shows knowledge of the unit and topic. It is clear and concise.
Illustrations	Not meeting Expectation Student does not have any illustrations.	Falls short of Expectation Student has one illustration.	Meets Expectation Student has two illustrations.	Exceeds Expectation Student has more than two illustrations.
