Problem Solving Skills	4 Actively looks for and suggests solutions to problems.	3 Refines solutions suggested by others.	2 Does not suggest or refine solutions, but is willing to try out solutions suggested by others.	1 Does not try to solve problems or help others solve problems. Lets others do the work.
Working with Others	4 Almost always listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others. Tries to keep people working well together. Leads by demonstrating appropriate example.	3 Usually listens to, share with, and supports the efforts of others. Does not cause group to become unfocused on task.	2 Often listens to, shares with, and supports efforts of others, but sometimes is not a team player.	1 Rarely listens to, shares with, and supports the efforts of others.
