Fair Multiple sources were cited but not all were used to develop content. Some sites may not be considered reliable. Content is not developed to the expected level for the project. PowerPoint Mechanics	Excellent PowerPoint transitions and animations are seamlessly timed. All content is animated (within reason - this is a judgement call, too much can be distracting)	Good PowerPoint transitions and animations are good but could use some adjustments. Multiple mouse clicks per slide. Most content is animated.	Fair PowerPoint transitions and animations need adjustment - some timings off and mouse clicks needed on slides.
