It is the year 2020 and five countries are threatening to resign from the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty so they can develop nuclear weapons. Create a dramatic presentation in which people (citizens, nuclear specialists, government leaders, humanitarian aid workers, etc.) who have been involved in past nuclear accidents negotiate with one of the five countries (Country X) to dissuade it from developing weapons.
