Author Content	Outstanding Includes sufficient information about the author presented in a clear manner. Gallery of author's pictures.	Good Includes adequate information about the author presented in a semi-clear manner. Picture of the author.	Fair Includes some details about the author and is difficult to follow the layout of the information. Picture of the author.	Poor Includes very few details about the author and layout is sloppy and not planned out for ease of reading. Picture of the author.
Books and Awards	Outstanding Includes list, at least 6, of well known books and awards earned as well as pictures of books.	Good Includes small list of, at least 3, well known books and awards earned as well as pictures of books.	Fair Includes only 3 books and awards earned as well as pictures of books.	Poor Includes only the required two books and, at least one award earned as well as pictures of books.
Organization	Outstanding The poster is neat and well organized. Everything is clear and the content is efficient.	Good Details are placed in a logical order but the way they are presented sometimes makes the writing less interesting.	Fair Some details are not in a logical order and this distracts the reader.	Poor Many details are not in a logical or expected order. Writing is not organized
Layout	Outstanding Contains a picture of the author as well as many self drawn and printed pictures related to the author.	Good Mostly decorated but missing self drawn or printed pictures.	Fair Not enough pictures.	Poor Barely anything but writing or only a couple pictures.
