Self Portrait Self Critique

Write a short essay about your experience with the Photoshop Self Portrait. Answer all of these questions in your essay: Explain how you chose the visual clues to your personality. What significance or story do you have about these choices? Tell something about the photo selection that you started with. Why did you choose this one? What kinds of challenges did you have in creating your own artwork and getting it to look like the picture you had in your mind. What Photoshop tools worked well for you. What is your opinion of the final work? Do you think you learned some new techniques when you got fully involved in the process. What was that? If not, what do you still need to learn to get better results? What is your favorite part of this work? Is there anything else you would like to say about the process? or about the Photoshop techniques you used. Use at least 10 terms from the critique vocabulary list.

Good All of the questions were answered fully and gave a clear idea of the challenges met and the students feelings about the final outcome. Art vocabulary was applied appropriately.
Use of art terminology	Poor The student did not use appropriate terms and did not show knowledge of the term.	Fair The use of terminology contributed to the clarity of the students expressions.	Good Each point was explained in terms that made it perfectly clear. The vocabulary helped to describe the work and how it was created.
