Good The title and author are included and correctly spelled or capitalized. They are located in an appropriate location. It may be difficult to read.	Fair The title and author are misspelled, not capitalized and are not located in a logical location, or may be illegible.
Illustration	Excellent Illustration is appropriate to the book and engages the reader to want to see the movie. The illustration shows effort with color.	Good Illustration is appropriate, but is somewhat vague and leaves the reader wondering. The illustration shows effort with color.	Fair Illustration is not appropriate to the book and does not appropriately represent what the book is about. The illustration is in pen or pencil.
Summary	Excellent Summary includes 4 or more sentences, includes the main events of the story and does not give away the ending. No spelling or grammar mistakes.	Good Summary includes 2-4 sentences that talks about the story, may not summarize the main events, and does not give away the ending. 1-5 Spelling or grammar errors.	Fair Summary is less than 2 sentences and does not summarize the story. The ending is given away. Has more than 5 spelling or grammar errors.
