Lively Writing	Emerging Writer did not use craft tools to create lively writing. There is no voice to the writing.	Developing Author used one or two craft tools. Writers voice needs to be developed.	Accomplished Author used most craft tools to make writing come to life. Writer is developing a voice.	Exemplary Author used dialogue, gestures, interesting verbs and lots of details to make writing come alive. Writer's voice is obvious.
