Rubric for the evaluation of class presentation. Students had to present their story and pictures to the class in any manner they chose.

Presentation Rubric
	Poor 5 pts	Fair 10 pts	Good 15 pts	Excellent 20 pts
Organization	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.	Fair Audience has difficulty following the presentation because the student jumps around.	Good Student presents information in a logical sequence which the audience can follow.	Excellent Student presents information in a logical, interesting sequence which the audience can follow.
Speaking	Poor Student mumbles, incorrectly pronounces terms, and speaks too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.	Fair Student's voice is low. Student incorrectly pronounces terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation.	Good Student's voice is clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation.	Excellent Student uses a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms so that all audience members can hear presentation.
Preparation	Poor Student is not prepared to discuss assignment.	Fair Student was not prepared with a copy of their work or had no advanced plan or practice with their presentation narrator.	Good Student is mostly prepared but needed time to get organized.	Excellent Student is clearly prepared and knows all aspects of their assignment.

Presentation Creativity	Poor There is no visual representation of the photographs that accompany the presentation of the essay.	Fair There is minimal creativity used in presenting the pictures during the presentation.	Good The student incorporates photographs into the presentation of the essay in a visual manner.	Excellent The student incorporates photographs into the presentation of the essay in a visually interesting manner.
