Students will create a technology presentation of the various types of cuisines and historical influences of cuisines on various regions.

Rubric to grade Integrated Skills 1 "The family tree"

Students are to create menus for a cafe. They have to create at least 2 menus that include drinks, meals and deserts with prices and in French. They have to give their cafe a French name. Finally, they have to write and present a dialogue during which they order food, discuss school, ask for a piece of silverware, pay the check and leave.

Students will create a storybook of 10 different scenes that depict someones' daily routine. Each scene must include at least one sentence with details and a neat detailed drawing, photo, or clip art depicting the student's daily routine. A minimum of 7 pages must contain the use of different reflexive verbs. The purpose of the assignment is to demonstrate the student's understanding of the use of reflexive verbs, when to and how to use them correctly.

Students will create a comic strip of 8 different frames that depict daily routines. Each frame must include: 1. At least one sentence. 2. At least 1 reflexive verb and one reflexive pronoun. Students will create a "Spanish video" that will be 3 to 5 minutes in length. Examples include: commercials for a game show, a newscast, a soap-opera, product, movie trailer, etc. The video must include each partner speaking 200 words of Spanish. All members of the team will contribute and participate in the video. You may use others for your video. The final script due 2/27 the video is due 3/5.

Family photo album project--8 Family members, descriptive sentences per person using possessive adjectives, family vocabulary, adjective agreement , what the familiy member like or dislike, and the conjugation of basic Spanish verbs.
