You will design a menu for a new American restaurant in Mexico. You must give your restaurant a name (in Spanish) and create the menu entirely in Spanish. The menu should include at least three complete meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a list of three or more beverages and three or more desserts. Be sure to use vocabulary we have learned in class. The menu should be visually pleasing with with easily identifiable headings, prices, and graphics/color photos.

Working as a team, students will design a restaurant for teens that serves healthy food. The restaurant should have a theme and a name that fits the theme. The team will work with a team member to create an illustration and/or a description of the restaurants decor. A member of the team will create a document that describes and pictures the restaurants entertainment which should also fit the overall theme. The team will work with a team member to create an artistically designed menu that not only fits with theme but outlines the caloric and nutritional content of one "special meal" (appetiser, entree, dessert & drink). All of the illustrations, descriptions and/or menu's will be placed in a presentation folder to be given to the instructor prior to the presentation. The group presentation to the class will be graded based upon all of the elements outlined above.
