Rubric for Math Poster and Project

Students will choose projects based upon their strengths and learning styles.

Make model Google slides with interactives ( presented to class) Textbook Chapter with questions and answers Children's story ( pictures and appropriate explanations of vocabulary) Song ( recorded performance, a voice at least with pictures) Video ( drama, documentary, dramedy) Poetry ( read aloud may be recorded with pictures ) Write a play ( do not have to have performance) Interview with the system ( live or recorded)

I will use this rubric to grade my students' work on their project.

This rubric will assess the student in the teaching of a wave system to their classmates.

Research the approved topic and question. Submit double spaced, 14 point Arial/Calibri font following MLA guidelines. Include a bibliography citing resources used researching the paper. Paper will be graded on quality of research to support the topic, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, content, grammar and mechanics, and bibliography.

Students create a visual of at least 6 characteristics of living things. Students will create the visual using the Presentation format in Google.

Rubric to grade students on science fair project boards.

Choose a general volcano location (convergent plate boundary, divergent plate boundary, or hot spot). Build a three-dimensional, working model of this type of volcano. Create an accompanying poster describing the volcano in terms of specific locations, type of magma, type of eruptions, how it is formed, and the effects of that type of volcanic eruption.

Tissue Presentation

Rubric for evaluating student research assignment presentations.

This rubric is designed to assess a class presentation with a visual component.

Student groups will be assigned dissections/descriptions in each module. The students in each group must complete the dissection and explain the finding to the instructor. Students must be able to answer the intructors questions.

Use the "Lab Report Format" to create your lab report. Each of the nine sections in the checklist will be evaluated to compile an overall 100% Task grade for each lab report. Use this rubric to help you critique your lab report so that you may get the highest score possible.
