In this unit, you will produce a documentary related to relevant topics concerning the current state of the food industry. You will create an 8–10 minute informational documentary that offers perspective(s) on real world issues in food production while possibly prompting a call to action.

Students are required to create a personal blog and contribute to the blog over the course of the term. The first specified task that must be detailed on the blog is the 'sexual health investigation questions'.

Rubric for Cultural Recipe presentation

Create a magazine cover that looks like a real magazine. Choose the title of the publication. Then, be sure you include a title, photos, headline articles, dateline and follow a monthly theme. Be creative and make the finished product look as professional as possible. Be aware of the marketability and audience appeal of your magazine. Follow all your desktop publishing guidelines using InDesign and Photoshop. The final project must be an Indesign document.
