Look at the task on your OneNote Unit 2 End of unit project. Make a biography following the guidelines on the OneNote. You can choose any person you like, even yourself. Include 10 biographical facts. Choose the mode of presentation (movie, PowerPoint, Prezi etc.) Make sure to include visuals and an audio.

Students will create a multiple page web page in the target language, turned in as: an actual web page, a power point presentation or as a paper web page. You are a travel agent. You are to create a travel guide to attract travellers speaking the target language to a country of your choice. You will use your research and your imagination. This guide should be colorful and creative and written to entice travellers to spend their money. You must also include the name, address, and phone number of your travel agency.

A rubric for Foreign Language Speaking

Students are writing a short text about a specific topic given in class. The length of the text should be minimum 100 words. The writing should be accompanied by a graphic organizer or a mind map with the important topics on it.

You will work in a group of 3-4 and write and present a weather broadcast in Spanish. You will write a forecast for 2 days of various cities in a Spanish speaking country (one city per person in the group) of your choice and draw a weather map to use as a prop. You will video tape your broadcast. You need to present as if weather anchors on the news. You may use any online source you wish for information, but not look up full sentences online (google translator).

Students will select an animal or person to describe in 5 or more grammatically correct "clue" sentences in Target language. A recognizable picture of the animal/person is selected or drawn for the presentation in poster form, to be revealed when sentence reading is complete.

Mon pays francophone (My French speaking Country) . You will choose a Spanish speaking country and create a three-fold brochure highlighting the country for English-Speaking travellers to the country. It should be mostly visual with brief, three to four sentence explanations of each picture. All sides of the brochure should be covered (6 total). Pictures should be touched with color in class.
