The students will put together a brochure and prepare a short presentation. The brochure will contain information that the students collected regarding the assigned diease. The students presentation must be aligned with the brochure.

The students will work to put together 5 posters for display. The posters will contain relevant information directly related to their assigned Recipes ; Ingredients; Instructions/Steps. The posters will be designed on a single sheet of poster paper, five posters in all.

Students will create a song, poem or rap in which they discuss the definition, transmission and symptoms of the STD assigned by teacher.

This rubric is to measure where my students current fitness abilities are at. This fitness test will determine their current fitness levels, and determine the areas they need improvement for the end of the year FitnessGram State exam.

This rubric explains how your performance on the fitness assessment will be graded. Your grade will come from the six elements of the fitness assessment: pull-up, standing long jump, sit-ups, shuttle run test, and sit and reach test.

Student can jump over a rope that is flipped over head more than once landing on both feet.

The student stands behind a line marked on the ground with feet slightly apart. A two-foot take-off and landing is used, with swinging of the arms and bending of the knees to provide forward drive. The student attempts to jump as far as possible, landing on both feet without falling backwards. Three attempts are allowed.
