Unit Reflection Journal Rubric
This rubric will be used to assess students' unit reflection journal. Students will select one project or activity from the unit and write about their experiences in a one page journal entry. Health Triangle
This project requires students to do a current self-assessment of their overall health, including their physical, mental/emotional, and social health. Taking their current health status into consideration, students will critique their triangle and note where improvements can be made to create a healthy balance. This guide should reflect the Health Triangle and include goals, plans, and reflections for the future on those plans. This assignment should include a written, in essay form, portion as well as a "triangle" visual. The visual should represent YOU, it may have words, pictures, etc to demonstrate your health. Either present, future or both. *See detailed handout on the project.

Reflection
Write weekly refelctions in your journal on the development of your knowledge within the unit. Write a reflection at the end of your podcast presentation about your involvement in the project and how you feel the presentation went.
