Design Composition and Color Scheme	Excellant Great deal of variety of shapes and sizes of objects. Excellent balance of positive and negative spaces. Color scheme is clear and evident.	Strong Some variety of shapes and sizes of objects. Some balance of positive and negative spaces and composition is interesting. Color scheme is used correctly.	Average Some variety of shapes and sizes of objects. Composition and Color Scheme is visually simple and there may have been better color choices available.	Needs improvement Composition is too busy or over simplified. No color scheme presented.
Craftsmanship	Excellant Skillful use of markers and design is perfectly lined up creating a continuous radial design showing symmetry.	Strong Design lines up fairly well and use of markers is clean and completely filled in.	Average Little to no mistakes in symmetry and color added to the best of your ability.	Needs improvement Inconsistency in symmetry and color was added poorly and not to the best of your ability.
Effort and Behavior	Excellant Very productive. Always working or looking for assistance from project resources. Always respectful, responsible and ready.	Strong Productive and almost always on task. Very rarely needed to be refocused on the task at hand. Followed all classroom procedures.	Average Mostly productive and talked some but followed classroom procedures most of the time with little reminding.	Needs improvement Did not always pay attention to the task at hand. Spent more time talking than working. Poor productivity.
