Labs	Excellent All labs are in the notebook and are complete. Sentences are complete.	Good All labs are in notebook, a few questions are not completed. Sentences are mostly complete.	Fair 1 lab is missing or incomplete. Sentences are mostly complete.	Poor 2 or more labs are missing or incomplete. Many incomplete sentences
Homework	Excellent All homework assignments are present.	Good One assignment is missing.	Fair 2 assignments or more are missing.	Poor All assignments are missing.
Notes	Excellent All notes are in notebook and are clearly and neatly wriitten. All notes have dates and a heading.	Good Most to all notes are in notebook. Notes may be messy. A few notes may not have dates.	Fair Some notes are in notebook. Notes may be messy or in wrong area of notebook. Very few notes have dates and headings.	Poor Notes are missing or very sloppy.
