Each student needs to have a minimum of 5 lines. The content need to have someone ask the customers about what food/drinks they need. The customers will express what they want. customers need to order food and ask for total amount and order one take out for a family member.
Good

Almost all (about 90%) of the content requirements were met. Almost all parts are equal.
Need improvement

Most (about 75%) of the content requirements were met. One or two students carry the conversation.

Many content requirements were not met.
Vocabulary

Excellent

Utilizes a wide variety of vocabulary from current and previously learned units. Takes risks and tries to expand length of sentences.
Good

Utilizes a variety of vocabulary and sentences are rather short.
Need improvement

Utilizes limited or minimal vocabulary expressions and sentences are short.
Developing

Utilizes limited vocabulary, some of which is inaccurate or irrelevant to the task.
Pronunciation

Excellent

Speaks clearly with good pronunciation and distinctly all the time with no unnatural pauses or distractions.

Good Chinese pronunciation, but a few words are mispronounced.

Many words are mispronounced and many errors are made that made the conversation hard to understand.

More than half of the conversation were not understandable.
Preparedness and good use of time

Excellent

Group is completely prepared and has obviously rehearsed.
All lines were memorized which added to the authenticity of the script.
Everyone works well together and make good use of time.

Group seems pretty prepared but might have needed a couple more rehearsals. Most lines were memorized which added to the authenticity of the script. Students work well together and mostly on task.

The group is somewhat prepared, but it is clear that rehearsal was lacking.
Most lines were memorized. Students are on task most of the time.

Group does not seem at all prepared to present. Most lines were memorized.
