Shape Assessment rubric
	Excellent 3 pts	Good 2 pts	Bad 1 pts
Concept	Excellent Student showed his/her knowledge on the concepts of different shapes , and defined them by their names.	Good Student defined the shapes by their names.	Bad Student couldn't distinguish the difference between different shapes correctly.
Numbers of shapes	Excellent Student figured the exact number of different shapes shown in the picture.	Good Student figured the close number of different shapes shown in the picture.	Bad Student failed to figure the number of different shapes shown in the picture.
Coloring	Excellent Student colored the different shapes with different colored crayons. Student also colored the shapes properly so that the shapes of them can be preserved.	Good Student colored the different shapes with different colored crayons even if some shapes lost its form during the process of coloring.	Bad Student colored the shapes without distinguishing them by using different colors, and the forms of the shapes were lost during the process of coloring.
