Fluency	Excellent Smooth of flow speech.	Good Speaks flow with some hesitation.	Average Speak slowly with many pauses and restart.	Poor Speak is not flow with many pause and restart.
Pronunciation	Excellent Pronunciation and intonation can be understood easily.	Good Pronunciation and intonation are generally appropriate, with 2-3 words incomprehensible with pronunciation and intonation.	Average Pronunciation can be understood, with 8- 10 words incomprehensible with pronunciation and intonation.	Poor Frequent problems with pronunciation and intonation.
