Storyboard Rubric 
Students will create, in groups, a collection of 6 storyboards depicting their assigned Greek myth. With photos of the storyboards, the groups willl then present their project to the class in a powerpoint presentation. Each student is expected to speak in the presentation.

All pictures demonstrate effort and are eye-catching and clearly communicate visually the element of the myth depicted in each panel.

Most pictures show effort and clearly communicate how an element of the hero's journey is present in your story. It is evident that time was put into the storyboard and presentation.

Many pictures appear rushed or are uninteresting. The connections to the elements of the myth are often unclear and not obvious. Does not reflect the capability of the group. It is evident that the work was rushed.

The overall appearance of your storyboard is sloppy and rushed. Work is done with little effort, quality is poor. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete.

Presentation Delivery
Voice

Exemplary

Held head erect when speaking to the class and could be heard by everyone in the room. Consistent and effective volume, articulation, and expression were present in the speaker's voice. Appropriate rate and pausing were employed.
Good

Almost everyone could hear the speaker. Rarely looked down while speaking. The student spoke loudly and clearly enough to be easily understood. The speaker used adequate expression and rate.
Fair

Held head down a few times when speaking to the class. The student could be heard most of the time but at certain points was inaudible. Little expression was shown.
Poor

Audience had difficulty hearing and/or understanding much of the speech due to low volume. Very little expression was shown. Held head down almost the entire time when speaking to the class.
