Creates a graph that has nothing to do with the question	Fair Creates a graph, but doesn't do it correctly	Good Creates a graph based on the instructions.	Excellent Creates a graph following the instructions and adding all the key components
Labels Adds all the key titles that make up a graph	Poor Does not put any of the components that make up a graph	Fair Apply only 1 or 2 of the components needed to make up a graph	Good Adds 3-4 of the components needed to make up a graph	Excellent Adds all needed components to the graph, in the correct places
Data Input Input the correct data based on what is given	Poor Does not follow the guidelines for inputting the data.
