Nose Cone	Poor Nose cone is not shaped like a cone. There are ridges in nose cone, not smooth	Fair Nose cone is shaped like a cone. Some ridges in nose cone	Good Nose cone is shaped like a cone. There are no ridges on the nose cone and it is smooth
Fins	Poor Fins are not glued onto the body at 120 deg. Fins are not cut properly. Fins are not aerodynamic.	Fair Fins are not cut properly. or Fins are glued improperly on the body.	Good Fins are cut and glued properly to the body. Fins are sanded to make them aerodynamic
Body	Poor Body is too small or to large to allow the engine assembely and nose cone to fit. Body has numerous wrinkles in it. Body is not the right length	Fair The body has some wrinkles in it	Good Both ends will allow the nose cone and engine assembly to freely slide in. Body has no wrinkles it is smooth
Recovery System (steamers)	Poor Didn't complete a recovery system.	Fair Recovery system will not deploy.	Good Recovery system deploys allowing the rocket to come to a safe landing.
Engine Assembly	Poor Engine Assembly will not fit into body. Too loose	Fair Engine will fit into body but will get stuck or ruin body due to pushing.	Good Eingine will slide in and be tight enough to propel the rocket.
