Dress The Part	Poor Makes little or no effort to dress like the person.	Fair Makes some effort but not a lot of time or effort seems to be spent on costume.	Good Makes good effort can see the resemblance of the charcter. Shows some time and thought on costume.	Excellent Makes great effort can see resemblance of the character. Shows a lot of time and thought put into costume.
Acts and Talks Like Character	Poor Says nothing or makes little effort.	Fair Trys to act and talk but shows little research or knowledge of character.	Good Shows some research and knowledge of character and you can identify the character by speech.	Excellent Go above and beyond shows advanced knowledge. Can tell who the person is right away by speech and mannerisms.

1 page report on character	Poor No paper or just a few sentences.	Fair Has a couple of paragraphs on the person. Hard to follow no structure.	Good Has full length accurate information. Has descent flow and content.	Excellent Full length or more, is accurate and precise on the information. Has good flow and content.
