Content Provides required information (e.g, responses to questions, requests for details) in a clear manner.	Poor Provides little required information. Barely understandable, with frequent or significant errors that impede comprehensibility.	Weak Provides some required information. Partially understandable, with errors that force interpretation and cause confusion for the reader.	Fair Provides required information. Generally understandable, with errors that may impede comprehensibility.	Good Provides required information with some elaboration. Fully understandable with some errors that do not impede comprehensibility.	Strong Provides required information with frequent elaboration. Fully understandable with ease and quality of expression.
