Personal Fitness Workout Video 
Students are to create their own workout video based upon the different workouts we have completed in class. The video must include a warm-up, exercise session, and cool down. It must also incorporate fitness terminology and identification of muscles. The video must be 5-7 minutes long and must be submitted online or on a flash drive to be transferred to my computer.
