Compounding Chapstick and Lotion-Medication Skills Rubric Compounding Chapstick and Lotion-Medication Skills Rubric Scoring steps required for completion of skill as well as sterile technique. No points are assigned in order that the instructor may take the total amount of points alloted to skills then designate each skill a certain point amount from this total. The point allotment for each skill may then be broken down within the rubric. The rubric is designed to account for C, B, and A levels of competency, (70%, 80% AND 90%).
