	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Descriptive Drawing of Leaf	Poor Student does little sketching. Sketch does not resemble the object. Leaf is not labled.	Fair Student sketch resembles the object, but major details are left out. Labeling is incomplete (three or more parts are missing).	Good Student sketch resembles the object, and major details are included. Some parts are not labled (two-one).	Excellent Student sketch is exact,and includes all details. All parts of the leaf are labled.
Written Description of Leaf	Poor Student's description is weak and matches very little with the drawing	Fair Student's description somewhat matches with the drawing	Good Student description is detailed and matches with the drawing	Excellent Student description is completely detailed in all aspects, and matches completely with the drawing
