Wellness Reflection Project
Each student will create his/her own Wellness Reflection Diagram based on his/her own individual physical, mental/emotional and social health. Then, students will discuss how various influences can negatively or positively effect his/her own wellness diagram and how their overall health can be improved or maintained. There are two parts to this assignment: Part one includes the labeled diagram and part two includes the writing portion.
