The student needed help with sewing machine on daily basis. Did not know how to thread machine and forgot to put presser foot down most of the time.

Three of the criteria not met:
Neckstrap and ties are not attached securely and/or are attached crooked. They are not placed in the appropriate spot on the project. Raw edges exposed on side or ends. Neck strap is attached on the front of apron and/or Tie Ends sewn down wrong.

Two of the criteria not met:
Neckstrap and ties are a little loose and/or attached a little crooked. They are not placed in the appropriate spots on the project. Only two of the four raw edges are tucked under on sides and ends. Neck strap is attached on the front of apron and/or Tie Ends sewn down wrong.

One of the criteria not met:
Neckstrap and ties are not completely secure or are crooked. Three of the four raw edges are tucked under on sides and ends. Neck strap is attached on the front of apron and/or Tie Ends sewn down wrong.

Neckstrap and ties are attached securely and are not crooked. They are placed in the appropriate spots on the project. All raw edges are tucked under on sides and ends. Neck Strap and Tie Ends are sewn down correctly.

Three of the following criteria was not met. The pocket may not have been attached securely, was crooked, was not back-stitched, did not have straight stitching along the edges or the raw edging was exposed.
