Class Attendance	Poor has more than two unexcused absences and no unexcused tardies OR has one unexcused absence and more than three unexcused tardies	Fair has no more than two unexcused absences and no unexcused tardies OR has one unexcused absence and three unexcused tardies OR has excessive unexcused tardies	Good has no more than one unexcused absence and no unexcused tardies OR has no unexcused absences but two/three unexcused tardies	Excellent has no unexcused absences and no unexcused tardies
Class Participation	Poor The student rarely ever remains on task or participates in discussion without being prompted.	Fair The student occasionally participates and joins discussion without being prompted.	Good The student participates at all times but rarely answers questions and joins group discussions voluntarily. OR The student participates most of the time and occasionally answers questions and joins group discussions voluntarily.
