Player understands concepts of a proper rebound. Player properly explodes, vertically extends hands to ball with two hands. Anticipation and timing of jump is done properly and effort is shown.

Player shows exceptional anticipation and timing for rebound. From a proper stance explodes vertically, secures ball at its highest point with two hands, not bringing ball into body.
tapped the ball off the backboard at least 8 times out of 10. Showed excellent control of the basketball and jumped off the floor for all taps of the basketball against backboard.

Player shows an all around understanding of team rebounding. Properly identifies the steps which a proper rebound is made. Proper effort shown, communicated with teammates when necessary.

Player incorporates all correct techniques of rebounding. Players positioning and anticipation for rebound is excellent. Communicated with teammates if necessary. Great effort is shown.
