Proficient The student is only able to answer a few out of the Who,What,When,Where,Why, and How questions based off of the text.	Distinguished The student is able to ask and answer Who,What,When,Where,Why and How questions based off of the text.
Details	Developing The student is unable to use details from the story to describe what is happening in the story.	Proficient The student is able to use some minor details to describe the story.	Distinguished The student is able to explain how key details are used in the story.
Conclusion	Developing The student is unable to infer on the conclusion of the story.	Proficient The student is able to form a small idea of the conclusion of the story based off of the minor details that they know.	Distinguished The student is able to make inferences to draw conclusions about the text as they are reading or listening to the story.
