The design project is planned carefully; understanding of all concepts and instructions is clearly demonstrated.
Blue Run

The design project is planned without clear organization; Looks like it was "thrown together": some understanding of most concepts and the instructions are tepid.
Green Run

The design project shows a limited understanding of the concepts and instructions.
Craftsmanship/ Skill

Black Run

The design project shows that you were careful and took some time with your notes and artwork. (doesn't mean you are an artist but we see care, detail, and attention)
Blue Run

Limited care is present with notes and artwork. Getting there, just not quite yet... again not scored on artistic ability but ability to communicate ideas in your head transferred onto paper..
Green Run

The design project shows no craftmanship and no attention to detail, care, and flexibility of medium/media. You just didn't hit the mark.
Creativity/ Originality

Black Run

The design project demonstrates original personal expession and outstanding problem solving skills.
Blue Run

The design project demonstrates some personal expression and logical problem solving skills.
Green Run

The design project lacks evidence of personal expression.
Behavior/Effort

Black Run

The student put forth extraordinary effort to complete the project well as possible; used class time extremely well.
Blue Run

The student put forth the effort required to complete the project well; used class time well.
Green Run

The student, from the outside, gives off the impression to put forth minimal effort, or the project was not completed; class time was not used well. You know the drill! Fix it or come see me if you need resources and tools.
