Excellent 4 Topic is clear and well-developed throughout entire photo story (9-12 photos).	Very Good 3 Topic is clear and well-developed in most of the photos.	Good 2 Topic is clear in some of the photos, but it is unclear how the other photos fit.	Fair 1 Topic is clear in only a few of the photos.	Unfinished No clear theme OR fewer than 8 photos submitted OR photos were not taken by student.
